If you are interested in representing a company at this fair, please contact the Careers in Science Committee at [email protected] Itinerary: Careers in Science Career Fair Wednesday, March 30, 2016 12:00pm Room will be available for check in and set up 1:00pm Start of fair 4:30 End of fair Before March 15th Please submit to us a blurb about your company, no more than ½ a page long. This blurb should include details about your company, but can also include information about the type of student you are recruiting and/or any open positions you have and where students can apply. We will be compiling a pamphlet for students attending the event to be distributed before and during the event. We will post your blurb and any job postings on our website at http://www.utoledo.edu/nsm/bio/grad/Career%20Expo.html. If your presentation for the event requires any special accommodations (i.e. power supply), please let us know and we will do our best to place you accordingly. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton inn that will be available at a special rate until March 15th with a code – please contact us directly to receive this code. We will register your car for parking if you send us the following information: Name of the Person driving the car: License plate number: License plate state: Make: Model: Year: Color: Based on attendance last year’s event, we expect around 200 undergraduate and graduate students. On March 30th Upon arriving, please park in lot number 10 and check in at Student Union room 2582/2584. We will show you to your table. Each table is 4ft by 4ft. You will be provided with 2 chairs for your company, unless you request otherwise. You are welcome to bring poster boards, pamphlets, brochures, fliers, and any other kind of multi-media presentation material. Undergraduate and graduate students will begin arriving around 1pm and the fair will be open until 4:30pm. During this time, please have a representative at your table. Students may bring resumes and you are welcome to take their resumes and contact information. No registration fees are required. If you feel that you need to spend the night in Toledo, we have included names and contact information for hotels and restaurants in the area, but we are unable to fund these accommodations. We will provide light refreshments during the career fair for the attendees and the company representatives.
