General Supplies - all students should have
#2 pencils (Ticonderoga is preferred)
6 ball point pens—2 blue, 2 black, 2 red
1 box colored markers
1 box colored pencils
Highlighter pens (multiple colors preferred)
Hand held pencil sharpener
Pencil/Pen pouch (optional, but useful for storage)
Protractor
Compass
5 ----- 8-1/2” x 11” spiral notebook (100 pages) w/plastic cover, two pockets and perforated pages (one
notebook per class)
Canvas bag - or other type (used to hang from hook and to store class supplies when not in use)
6th and 7th Grade: one red pocket folder
8th Grade: 2 sketch books (one for DT and one for art), art eraser
High School Math Classes: 2 ----- 8-1/2” x 11” spiral notebook (5 subject, 200 sheets) w/plastic cover, two
pockets and perforated pages AND a simple scientific calculator (fraction key, trig functions such as sin, cos,
tan)
French 6th and 7th grades and 8th Grade/High School Students Enrolled: 1 ----- 8-1/2” x 11” spiral
notebook (100 pages) w/plastic cover, two pockets and perforated pages AND a French-English Dictionary
(Larousse is recommended)
Electives: students may need additional supplies for electives; this information will be available on the first
day of an elective class
Community Supplies - each student should bring
1 package 3” x 5” index cards, lined or unlined
Scissors
12” hard plastic ruler with inches & metric
10 glue sticks
Post It Notes
blue graph paper (1/4” x 1/4”, 50 sheets)
2 reams of white copy paper (500 sheets each)
2 packages of college ruled loose-leaf paper
2 boxes of tissues
2 disinfecting wipes
Some classes may require additional supplies and some additional supplies may be needed throughout the
year, we will try and keep these requests to a minimum.
Spiral Notebooks
Please purchase the spiral notebooks as described above and below. This style is larger due to the perforated
pages and is the type needed for the interactive notebooks students will create in classes.
