Arnalda Street:
The area of land 20 feet wide and 445 feet long approximately which
commences at the junction of Arnalda Street with Stassinos Koad being
bounded on the west by plots Nos. 301, 302, 150/1, 150 and 150/2 of Block
No 25, Nicosia Town (Government Survey Plan No. XXI.46.5.IV, and
on the east by plots Nos. 152, 195, 221, 222 and 224 of Block No. 25,
Nicosia Town (Government Survey Plans Nos. XXI.46.5.IV and
XXI.54.2.II), more particularly defined as the area coloured blue and
marked A-B on the Government Survey Plan Serial No. 1170, a copy
of which has been deposited in the office of the Director of Land
Registration and Surveys.

Whereas the Kato Pyrgos Quarter of the village of Pyrgos, in the District
of Nicosia, is not provided with a place for the burial of the dead for the use
of the Orthodox-Christian Community of the said Quarter :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by section
1 of the Burials Laws, 1896 and 1937, His Excellency the Acting Governor
has been pleased to order and hereby orders that a burial-ground shall be
provided for the said Quarter for the purpose aforesaid under the provisions
of the said Laws.
