Whereas the Kato Pyrgos Quarter of the village of Pyrgos, in the District of Nicosia, is not provided with a place for the burial of the dead for the use of the Orthodox-Christian Community of the said Quarter : Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by section 1 of the Burials Laws, 1896 and 1937, His Excellency the Acting Governor has been pleased to order and hereby orders that a burial-ground shall be provided for the said Quarter for the purpose aforesaid under the provisions of the said Laws.
