CLR is proud to have a senior management team of seasoned individuals who possess a wide variety of backgrounds, talents and interests. We strive to come together every day creating the excitement and growth necessary for Comprehensive Life Resources to fully support the success and recovery of the consumers and families we serve. Julia Bradley is our Peer Support Services Coordinator. Julie brings her unique perspective and wisdom to coordinating our peer support staff as well as teaching all of CLR how we can integrate peer supports into our clinical programming. Julie has worked at Park Place and has served as a board member and Board President prior to her employment with CLR in 2006. John Eckstrom is our PATH/Homeless Services Coordinator. John joined CLR in 1996 having worked in a variety of child and adult outpatient and residential settings. John has embraced his most recent responsibility in homeless services bringing continued commitment and energy in his work around the city on behalf of homeless persons. Cynthia Gottman is our Quality Improvement/Corporate Compliance Director joining CLR in 1986. In addition to QI and UM, Cynthia works in a number of administrative areas including HR, training, policy development, compliance and copywriting. is our Children’s Services and Support Services Manager joining CLR in 2003. Kathy brings social work experience and practice in both children’s outpatient and residential settings. Kathy values teamwork and plays an important role in the teaming of clinical and support staff. Kathy Hagen Mark Johnson is our Information Services Director joining CLR in 1978. Mark manages all of CLR’s information technology and telecommunications systems. Mark has considerable knowledge of and experience with the intricacies of mental health center data. James Kinney is our Employment Services Manager joining CLR in 2012. Jim hits the ground running and brings decades of experience in vocational and employment services to CLR. Jim also brings a strong commitment to our consumers’ quality of life to our organization and work with persistence, drive, and creativity. Janet Mallorca is our Health Information Services Manager and Privacy Officer joining CLR in 2001. Janet’s training and experience in both health records management and with HIPAA and privacy laws makes her our “go to” expert in this area. Jeff Plancich is our Adult Services Manager joining CLR in 1992. Jeff has worked in a number of adult and child outpatient and residential settings and brings this broad experience to managing our adult services division. James Pogue is our Park Place Manager joining CLR in 2007. James brings a business education, experience in several adult residential settings and a commitment to improving the lives of adults with mental illness. Robert Sortore is our Facilities Manager joining CLR in 1991. Robert brings many years of practical experience to the important task of managing the physical plant aspects of CLR’s facilities. Robert brings good humor to his work and ours and is happy to take care of an almost infinite number of building-related details necessary to create and maintain welcoming environments for our consumers. April Stallings is our Foster Care Services Licensing Manager joining CLR in 1987. April has worked in a variety of outpatient and residential children’s treatment settings. April excels at managing the complexity of foster care licensing and her passion and commitment for children and for finding the right home for every child is unparalleled. is our Children’s Medical Services Manager, joining CLR in 2006. An LPN, Amy works in close concert with our child psychiatrist to provide quality services to children and their families. Amy Thompson Greta Toledo is our Chief Financial Officer joining CLR in 1977. Greta is a dedicated and tireless advocate for CLR and for our consumers and families. Greta is a quiet yet steady presence and is always happy to help with any project regardless of the challenge or deadline. Marsha White-Wofford is our interim Program Manager at Pearl Street Center and joined CLR in 1991. Marsha is a strong presence at Pearl Street providing encouragement, structure, and a supportive shoulder as well as vital nursing services. Antoinnette Williams is our Adult Medical Services Manager joining CLR in 2011. Antoinnette brings many years of managed care QI and UM experience as well public health management and nursing experience to her work at CLR. Kimberly Zacher is our Treatment Foster Care Services Manager joining CLR in 1999. Kim brings many years of social work experience in children’s services to her work, a lively energy as well as strong problem solving and task management skills to CLR.
