The Lounge is located in a cozy corner of the hotel. Newly
painted, boasting character and modern décor, it also features an
open fireplace. It’s the perfect place for you and your guests to
celebrate your special occasion.
Public Bar is located at the front of the hotel. Newly renovated
with modern décor. Public bar features a pool table and a juke
box for all your music needs. Public bar is only available Saturday
nights from 7pm till midnight. Not available during football season.

The Olinda Creek Hotel has the adaptability to cater for
birthday parties, corporate events, Christmas break ups,
engagements and other special occasions.

We are pleased to offer white linen and a self serve tea
and coffee station and security, inclusive at a set price of
$200. The room is available for a maximum of five hours.

Terms & Conditions
Consumption: No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Hotel for
consumption at the function by the client or any other guest’s. A celebration cake may be permitted upon
approval by hotel management. Cakes can also be purchased from the Hotel.
Compliance & Responsible Service of Alcohol: Clients are expected to conduct their function in an
orderly manner in full compliance with the Hotel policies and with all applicable laws. Management
reserves the right to intervene where it seems fit and will exercise its right to refuse entry. We practice
Responsible Service of Alcohol at all times and reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any
persons. Bar services as well as music will cease 30minutes before end of function
Minors: As part of our Hotel license, minors are only permitted in certain areas of the venue. All minors
must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A minor is defined by law as any person under the
age of eighteen (18) years of age. You must advise management if any minors are going to attend your
function. Management reserves the right to impose additional conditions in relation to minors, including the
times & areas a minor can attend.
Prices: Prices will be confirmed with final details. Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed
but they are subject to change without notice due to any changes in or composition of government
charges, taxes, levies or any other service charges.
Duration: Room hire includes the function room for a maximum of 5 hours The bar will close at 12am. No
more drink will be served past 12am. Access to the room will be available 2 hours prior to the function
commencing.
Security: Upon discretion of management extra security may be required at an additional cost of $100
per security guard. Where Management seems fit, functions will be required to have a security guard
present through the duration of the function. The venue has the right to refuse entry or service & remove
from the premises any person deemed to be behaving in an improper, abusive disorderly or anti-social
manner.
Decorations / Signage: A detailed list of all decorations must be given to Management for approval
prior to the function. Under no circumstances are items to be nailed, screwed, stapled or taped to walls,
doors or any other surfaces in any way. Blutac is accepted.
Tentative Booking: Unfortunately due to the popularity of our function facilities, tentative bookings are
not held at the hotel. We will attempt to contact you should a new enquiry be made for the same date.
However, we strongly encourage you to confirm your booking with a deposit to allow for security of the
date and the facilities.
Confirmation / Deposit: A deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. Deposits can be made in
cash, bankcard, mastercard, visa, AMEX, diners. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. Venue
manager reserves the right to book another function in the same area up to one (1) hour before and
after the scheduled function commencement and department time.
Payment: Food payment is required no later than 1 week prior to the function and final bar tab
payment can be made on the night. The Hotel accepts cash, bankcard, mastercard, visa, AMEX and
diners.
Guaranteed Numbers: A guaranteed number of guests attending the function are required two weeks
prior to the event. As the hotel orders produce in specifically for your event any decrease in numbers
within this period will be charged at full price. Should numbers increase within this period please speak
with Management to ensure we can facilitate this.
Final Details: To ensure your requirements are met it is necessary to receive details of your function
schedule and menu selections at least fourteen (14) days prior to your function.
Cancellations: In the event of the confirmed function not taking place, full reimbursement of the deposit
will be given, provided written notice is given twenty eight (28) days prior to the function commencement
date. Cancellation with less than twenty eight (28) days will incur a loss of the deposit made. If we
believe any function/event will affect the smooth running of our business, security, the venues reputation
or if there is an inability to comply with any of the provisions of this contract, management reserves the
right to cancel any booking or refund any deposit at its discretion without notice or liability.
Damages: Clients are liable for any damages whether through their own actions or through the actions
of their guests.
Responsibility: The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise left in
the Hotel prior, during or after the function. Clients should arrange their own insurance
