Student News Some reminders regarding finals: 6th and 7th graders will not have homeroom during finals. Also, there will be NO after school study hall or fun math during finals. Please make sure you are picked up promptly at the end of each testing day. Lunch vendors will be available through Wednesday. Remember to eat a good breakfast, get plenty of rest and arrive to school on time. School will resume Tuesday, January 3, with a 2 hour delay. Classes will start at 10:00 am. Congratulations to Mrs. Linck and Ms. Ortiz for winning $5,000 to go towards their classrooms. YAY!! Seniors, if you eat lunch in the triangle, please remember to clean up after yourselves. Students please remember to clean out your lockers before the break. Do not leave any food or items that may spoil. Lost items- Students if you are missing items please see Mrs. Schorey in room 108 to check jail. Any loose items that are thrown on top of the lockers or on the floor at the end of the day are “thrown” in jail and there is a $1 charge to get them out. Jail will be emptied Friday, December 16 with the contents donated to Charity. Middle school girls basketball — there will be Open Gym over the Holiday Break — Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday both weeks (December 19th - 21st and the 26th - 28th) from 3:00 PM to 5 PM. See Mr. Elder with any questions. Students, this week during finals you are required to attend the entire class testing session. No one will be pulled from class or released early. Please bring a book or other study materials in case you finish early. Also, no phones will be allowed. Students are expected to be productive in study hall and attendance will be taken. 6th & 7th graders will not have homeroom on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and there will be no after school study hall or fun math on these days. Hey NPA, today is day 22 of the 25 Days of Kindness campaign. For today, please share a lunch/treat with someone you don’t know well and make friends with them!
