Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Under
Secretary (SSS), DAE from the agencies for Procurement of Crockery items with
DAE Logo for DAE Secretariat. The details of the requirement of Crockery items
with DAE Logo are available on the DAE website: www.dae.nic.in / www.dae.gov.in
In case any further clarification is required, the parties may contact Section
Officer(SSS) over telephone No.022-22862702.
The interested parties can download the tender form from the website at free
of cost up to 1700 hours on 02.02.2016.
The tender form, complete in all respect shall reach the Under
Secretary(SSS), Department of Atomic Energy, C.S.M. Marg, Mumbai– 400 001
latest by 1500 hours on 03.02.2016. The quotations will be opened at 1600 hours on
03.02.2016.

Sealed Quotations on printed letter heads are invited for supply of the following items
as per the specifications mentioned in the Annexure-I. The estimated cost of the items is

The offer shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The successful vendor shall supply all the above items within 6 weeks of receipt of the
Purchase Order.
2. Place of Delivery : Under Secretary(SSS), Department of Atomic Energy, Anushakti
Bhavan, C.S.M.Marg, Mumbai–400001.

4. Design files for DAE Logo and Orbital Decal in CorelDraw format shall be provided by the
Department.
5. Plain samples should be submitted and approved by the Department before customprinting work.
6. Following should be noted while printing the DAE Logo on any crockery:
a. Size of DAE Logo should be as per the scale of the actual item
b. Minimum size of DAE Logo should be 1 inch x 1 inch
c. The colour palette of the printed DAE logo should be as given below:
