7 . Section 506 of The Mu11icipal Act shall apply to enable

to grant aid to the said Commission for any of the purposes

8. Any conveyance made and agreement entered into pursuant to the authority of this Act shall be legal, valid and binding upon the corporation of the municipality entering into the
