Almond Delight Jam

Add almonds to strawberries and blackberries to create a
delightful jam using Ball® RealFruit® Instant Pectin.
You will need:
1-1/2 cups sugar
5 Tbsp Ball® RealFruit® Instant Pectin
Apple-Berry Pomegranate Jam
Makes about 5 (8 oz) half pints

4 cups peeled, cored, chopped apples (about 4 large)
1/2 cup pomegranate juice

2 tsp almond extract

Strawberries with lavender is a winning combination. Spread it

Serving Suggestion :
Make a typical Crème Brule recipe but in the bottom of
each ramekin, place a tablespoon of the Lavender Infused

fresh strawberries and lavender sprigs. A simple dessert with
