Your project may not be physically larger than 4’x6’ x4’

Creativity
Student created a brand
new object or idea that
has never be done
before.
The design is well
thought out from
aesthetics to individual
components and
assembly procedure..
Student modified a preexisting idea and made
it more useful or
functional.
The design is good, and
most everything was
plan out. Though was
taken on the design, but
one or two things could
have been improved
Appearance
Appearance was a
major concern and
looks like the item could
be sold in a store.
Functionality
Project can easily be
used and looks like it
will stand up to routine
use.
The construction is
flawless and solid
Appearance was not
necessarily a concern.
Parts are rough, torn,
and are more functional
than pretty.
Project will hold up to

light and occasional use. may not hold up to
more than a few uses.
