The Alan Spence Employee Scholarship is available to classified, professional or
confidential exempt employees who are qualified and motivated to continue their
education and through that education strengthen the Washington community and
technical college system. The scholarship amount for employees is $1,200.
BUILDING OUR FUTURE STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP
o
The scholarship of $1,200 is to provide assistance for tuition, books, and related
educational expenses. The scholarship is intended to support community or technical
college graduates who will continue their academic studies (e.g. junior year) at a
baccalaureate institution immediately after completing their Associate in Arts, Associate
in Sciences or other transfer degree.
