Toluene free and non

Toluene free and non-solvent
The food and cigarette packages have already been widely applied
by the traditional UV techniques. But they still has defection
compared to new UV technique. For example, the solvent will always
be harmful to human.
Anyhow, considering the health awareness has arisen among public
nowadays.
DBC have constantly devote ourselves to new UV technique, and
develop toluene free and solvent free oligomers and monomers.
They are safer for human and do not produce smell and hazardous
substances.

DOUBLEMER® 279
General
DOUBLEMER® 279 is a carboxylated polyester methacrylate oligomer
designed for plastic substrates, and offers good adhesion for PET
substrate. It can be cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam
(EB).It tends to slightly crystallize, but upon heating (60°C, 2hours), it will
totally liquefy. DOUBLEMER® 279 is solvent free.
