Riders to be gear checked and ready to ride 20 minutes before their allocated time.
Medical armbands are compulsory for all riders.
Please clear up hay and manure.
STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS.
LUNGEING ONLY PERMITTED IN DESIGNATED AREA.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these
rules.
The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or event; to divide any class; to alter the
advertised times and to refuse entry, with or without reason.
The cross country jumps are out of bounds. Any rider jumping the cross country jumps will be eliminated.
Competitors must wear full Pony Club uniform and Medical Armband.
Pony Club Grading Cards, armbands and approved helmets AS/NZ 3838, EN 1384 or ASTMF 1163 or
PAS015 must be presented at the Secretary’s office.
Competitors must wear body numbers supplied by the organising committee.
All riders must present for gear check at least 20 minutes before each phase.
Competitors must be prepared to be called earlier than scheduled.
Showjumping round will be conducted in accordance with PCAV grading conditions and penalties for horse
trials show jumping rules.
Judges decision is final.
