Currently, normal Philippine working hours are required to support our US retail team. Duties will include handling customer inquiries, problem resolution, selling and other required interactions with customers via phone, the internet, and email. CRM will include USA/Global as well as local support. An important aspect of the job will be data tracking and analysis, as well as process creation, implementation and monitoring, and regular report writing. We seek a Supervisor or R&D who has a true passion for the various functions of Research and Development that include, but are not limited to, studying and experimenting, creating (real, ambitiously innovative creation), compounding, color-matching, participating in various testing, troubleshooting, and incessant improvement processes.
