REGULATORY AFFAIRS /CRM
We're known to have some of the most skinsightful, smart and helpful customer service
on the planet...which is important considering that many of our clients have serious skin
concerns and are some of the most skintelligent you'll ever come across! CRM at VMV is
one of our most rapidly-expanding departments, with a thriving and growing
ecommerce business and questions to field from all over the world. We're looking for a
unique combination of people-lover and systems-lover; someone who can master
difficult scientific concepts as well as apply them in a simple, caring, manner; someone
who won't only answer calls and emails but help us improve our systems and processes;
someone who can provide support and sell, but also write analytical reports for
presentation to management.
This highly specialized CRM position requires handling potential problems as well as
conversion to sales via emails and incoming calls. Currently, normal Philippine working
hours are required to support our US retail team. Duties will include handling customer
inquiries, problem resolution, selling and other required interactions with customers via
phone, the internet, and email. CRM will include USA/Global as well as local support. An
important aspect of the job will be data tracking and analysis, as well as process
creation, implementation and monitoring, and regular report writing. Opportunity for
growth in terms of department expansion and/or outsourcing. Some liaison work with
local/US FDA is expected.
Patience, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence are required to meet our
exacting standards, as well as a creative, out-of-the-box problem solver with
irreproachable ethics. A highly organized mind who is meticulous about rules,
procedures and documentation is needed for this position—but this detail-obsessed
employee must also know how to pleasantly and effectively work with and negotiate
several internal stakeholders as well as FDA authorities.
This person must be able to quickly and profoundly master FDA regulations so as to be
able to comply with them strictly as well as understand the variabilities that allow for
other, but always ethical and legal, interpretations and applications.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Pharmacy or Pharmacology from a reputable college or university
- Minimum 2 years working experience in CRM directly as well as supervisory
responsibilities.
- Decisive, organized, research- and solutions-oriented, with strong integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of dealing with people at all
levels, inside and outside the organization and can interact with foreign clients
- Results-oriented team player and smart worker requiring minimum supervision
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; can deal effectively with internal
and external customers locally and internationally
- Experience with foreign regulatory bodies is a big plus
- Excellent language skills (written and verbal) in English (American accent) and Filipino
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Our products are often firsts of their kind, leading formulations on a global
scale, and are results of groundbreaking research and uncompromising
standards. We seek a Supervisor or R&D who has a true passion for the
various functions of Research and Development that include, but are not
limited to, studying and experimenting, creating (real, ambitiously innovative
creation), compounding, color-matching, participating in various testing,
troubleshooting, and incessant improvement processes.
Patience, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence are required to
meet the exacting standards of everything that is produced at the VMV
Group. Those allergic to hard work and brain-twisting analysis and research
need not apply. We need creative, ingenious cooks who think outside the
box, who push the envelope, who want to create products that are real
solutions to real problems, and to whom (this is crucial) such innovation and
exactitude is exciting and fun!
Qualifications:
• Preferably a licensed Pharmacist, but other related fields/courses are
considered such as graduates of Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical
Engineering
• Licensed Pharmacist a plus
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Research and Development
(ideally, 3 of which as a supervisor) preferred
• Decisive, organized, research- and solutions-oriented, with strong integrity
• Trainable and willing to learn new things
• Very hardworking, research-oriented, innovative and analytical
• Can work with and inspire a team
