Dance with the Daffodils When it comes to spring, I love these two stanzas of William Wordsworth’s poem, “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud.” I wandered lonely as a cloud That floats on high o'er vales and hills, When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden daffodils; Beside the lake, beneath the trees, Fluttering and dancing in the breeze. For oft, when on my couch I lie In vacant or in pensive mood, They flash upon that inward eye Which is the bliss of solitude; And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils. To truly enjoy this season, I challenge you to a spring “I Spy” game.
