The undersigned has the honour to report: —
1MT the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the District of
ColTirfeam, did on the 13th day of November 11129, pass By-law
No. 146, stopping up and closing that portion of BRMTER ROAD forming
the westerly and southerly bcundary of Lots 45 and 50, Registered
Plan No. 1439, said portion of the road being more particularly
described as follows:COLSIEIVING at the South-east corner of Lot 50 Map 1439; thence
along the south boundary of said Lot 50, S. 69°20'W a distance of
two chains and sixty links; thence N. 40°51'W a distance of four
chains and three-tenths links; thenoe N.71°27,17 a distance at three
chains and twenty-eieht and nine-tenths links; thence S.89°51'W a
distance of three chains and forty-nine links; thence N.50°44'W a
distance of three chains and six and two-tenths links;thence N6803299
a dial.ance of one chain and eighty and nine-tenths links; thence
S. 80 31' W, a distance of six chains and thirty-two and two-tenths
links; thence N. ziozafw a distance of two chains and thirty-one and
eight-tenths links; thence S. 76009'17 a distance of sixty-one and
nine-tenths links; thence S.21028•1: a distance of two chat ne and
ninety and eight-tenths links; thence N.80°31'E a distarae
six chains and fifty-four and four-tenths links; theme 8.68 32'E
a distance og one chain and fifty-four and six-tenths links;
thence S. 50-441 E a distance of three chains ani eighteen and faartenths links; thence N. 89 51'E a distance of three chains and
sixty and seven-tenths links; thence S. 71027'E a distance cf three

of four chains and thirty-six links; thence N.69°20'E a distance
of two chains and eighty-seven links; thence N. 0°21iE a distance
of sixty-four and nine-tenths links, more or less 20 the point of
oommenoement, all as shown on plan attached hereto.
MAT the said portion of BREWER ROAD has never been opened up
or use as a public hielaway;
AND THAT under Subsection 1 of Section 303 of the "thnicipal Act"
Ohapter 170, R.S.B.C., 1924, the title to the said portions of
said Brewer Road is vested ir. ::is Majesty, his heirs and successors.

-2TEIAT The Minister of Public Works reports that the
Tirup and closing of the said portion of said
stoppi
Brewer Road is not against public interest;
AND TO RECOMMND that under the authority of Sub-seotion 2
of fiction 303 of the "Municipal Act" the said portion of
said Brewer Road be abandoned and the soil and freehold thereof
be transferred to and vested in the said Corporation d the
District of Coldstream:
AND TO FURTRZR RECOLMTD that this order be accepted by the
land Registrar of the Land regi stry Office, Kamloops as
conveyance of the said portions of said Brewer Road to the
transferee mentioned herein without further formal conveyance;
A/91) TO FURTEM RECOMMND that a certified copy of this
order, if approved, be forwarded to the said Registrar.
