Special Resolution “Minor Amendments to Constitution Wording”
I, the undersigned member of the Australasian Institute of Marine Surveyors Inc. have received a
copy of the proposed amendments to the Constitution to enable National Incorporation under ASIC
and vote as follows:
1. That the AIMS Constitution is amended to include the proposed changes to enable the
AIMS to apply for registration with the Australian Securities Investment Commission as a
nationally Incorporated Association.
