The print resale certificate function allows the taxpayer to print their Annual Resale
Certificate(s) from our website: https://myflorida.com/dor. Once logged in, you will find a
button at the bottom of the “Choose Activity” menu page. The button is labeled “Print
Resale Certificate(s).”
To access this function, it is required that:
a) The account is active and registered to collect Florida Sales and Use Tax and/or Communications
Services Tax.
- AND b) The taxpayer is required to file.
Note: If taxpayer has not been registered per a Florida Business Tax Application (DR-1), they
will not be able to print the Resale Certificate and will receive a message that the account
requires an application. The Print Resale Certificate button will be grayed out.

There are two (2) options you can choose to print your Annual Resale Certificate(s) and both
are accessed through the DOR main web site. The options shown below are:
1. File and Pay
• Taxes
• Fees
• Remittances

Selecting the “File and pay taxes, fees, remittances” option displays the following selection
page. Scroll down to Step 3 and select Sales & use tax OR Communications services tax.
More e-Services option:

If the “More e-Services…” option is selected, “Print Annual Resale Certificate” can be found
under General Tax Administration and you can select to print the Resale Certificate for
Communications Services tax or Sales and Use tax.

your Business Partner (BP) and Certificate numbers (alternate).

The Bulletin Board alerts you to any notices of additions or revisions to DOR’s
electronic file and pay site.

After selecting “Next” on the bulletin board page, some users may see the file
and pay access menu. If you see this menu, select the appropriate tax.

Scroll down to the bottom of the menu using the scroll bar on the right hand side of
the screen. Click the “Print Resale Certificate(s)” button.

A list of all available certificates will be displayed. To download and/or print a
certificate, select “Print” next to the desired certificate number.

Consolidated Accounts: Consolidated Sales tax accounts will be able to print “ALL
Certificates” or select to print individual certificates for the desired location(s).

version, you may see a different pop up style than the one shown below. You can
choose to open the file, save it as a PDF, or Cancel:

If you chose to open the document, or opened the document after saving, a PDF
copy of your certificate is presented for viewing and printing. Select the printer
icon.
Note: The printer icon may appear in a different location if you open the file in
your browser or if you have another version of Adobe.
