Also, a representative from the Organisation hosting the work experience in your state will be there to talk about their business and how the HR function sits within it and provide some insight into what the winning candidate might do during their work experience week. COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.1 The promoter is: Australian Human Resources Institute Limited (AHRI) whose registered office is at Level 13, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC, 3070, Australia. 1.2 Full paying AHRI Student Members are only eligible to enter into the competition. 1.3 There is no entry fee for the competition 1.4 Entry to the competition, rules, prize and details of how to enter are via www.ahri.com.au/students 1.5 Closing date for entry will be 2 April, 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 1.6 AHRI accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason. 1.7 No alternatives to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. 1.8 Entries received from JCU Townsville campus should contact their course coordinator regarding contact hours. 1.9 Winners will be chosen: 1.9.1 By selecting a shortlist of top entries, which will be done by the promoter; AHRI. The shortlist of finalists will be shared with the work experience organisation in each state and territory to make the final selection. 1.9.2 The promoter (AHRI) will notify the winner in each state and territory by 30 April, 2015 1.9.3 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current Privacy Laws and will not be disclosed to a third party, other than the work experience organisation, with the entrant’s prior consent. 1.9.4 The winner will fund any expenses associated with travelling to and from the work experience organisation and expenses incurred throughout the day. 1.9.5 Entry to the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions 1.9.6 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party.
