Members Tab:

Members Tab: You might see an error stating “Jane Doe” is listed as married but no spouse is listed. To correct this first make sure the spouse is listed in the household. If the spouse is not listed you will have to add the spouse’s information then under the Household Relationships field you will have to put “Other adult residing in household. Once you’ve added the spouse’s information click update. After the page has refreshed change Jane Doe’s marital status to single then click update. Once the page has refreshed change her marital status back to married when you do this a new box should appear below marital status asking “Who is JANE DOE’S spouse?” you should be able to select the spouse’s name in the dropdown box then click update to save your changes. Relationship Status is missing error message: This is usually cause by kids in the household that are missing relationship identifiers with the Payee and their respective spouse. To correct this scroll down to the person in question and look for the “Household Relationship” field. There are 2 ways to fix this Option 1: At the top of the Household Relationship field you’ll see a dropdown box which will let you select the person’s relationship status to the Payee and their Spouse. Once you make a selection the corresponding question for “Is …. Mother living in the home” should disappear. Do the same for the spouse and then click update to save the changes Option 2: Alternatively you can answer “Yes” to the question “Is Jimmy Doe’s mother living in the home” and a dropdown box will appear and you can select the mother from the drop down. Do this as well for the father then click update at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. If the mother or father is missing from the dropdown box double check the members of the household to ensure that they are listed as a member of the household. If s/he does reside in the household but is not listed as a household member add their information to the case click update and then try to correct the “Household Relationship” for the child in question. Keep in mind if any of the child’s parents do not reside in the home with them you will need to add that parent’s info in the Absent Parent Tab. So save yourself a step by adding the Absent Parent info before “Checking for Errors” else you’ll see this message and will have to go back to correct this. If there are too many edits on the page and you have a difficult time getting any changes to update try navigating to a different tab click “continue without updating” you will lose whatever changes you had pending. Then return to the page you were working on and try to make 1 correction then click update and see if it’ll accept that change. If you see an Invalid SSN error message try correcting that one first and then subsequent corrections should be easier to make. Contacts: The most common error on this screen is that the Area Code is missing on the phone number Employment: Common errors are Missing Area Code or the Work Phone Number is all 0’s. You need to either correct the phone number or delete the 0’s from the Work Phone Number field. Absent Parents: I see the Absent Parent’s info but there are no children I can select. To correct this go to the Members Tab and verify that all the members of the household have been listed in the app and verify who the mother and father is for each child and update the household relationships for each child. If all children in the app have both parents residing in the home return to the Absent Parent tab and remove the Absent Parent from the case. If any of the children listed on the app is missing a parent in the home that child should now be available to select under the Absent Parent Tab The system keeps telling me I’m missing Absent Parent info but I see an Absent Parent listed. Review children listed in the Absent Parent tab. Does each kid have an Absent Parent selected aka check box is checked with the correct parent? If yes check the child’s info in the members screen. Under household relationship is both parents listed as No not residing in home? If so return to the Absent Parent screen add the missing parent’s info. If neither of the Absent Parents are selected for a child under the Absent Parent Tab you’ll see this error message when you check for errors. This message simply means that both parents haven’t been identified for the child so return to the Absent Parent tab and fill out the information for both the mother and father of the child.
