AGENTS UNDER PROs II, IV-A, VI AND VIII
The following Local Government Units (LGUs) under the operational
jurisdiction of PhilHealth Regional Offices II, IV-A, VI and VIII will be
accepting PhilHealth premium payments from all PhilHealth members
effective June 1, 2016:
Regional Office II:
• LGU - Aurora, Isabela
• LGU - San Mariano, Isabela
Regional Office IV-A:
• LGU - Lopez, Quezon
Regional Office VI:
• LGU - San Remigio, Antique
Regional Office VIII:
• LGU - Sogod, Southern Leyte
