ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fold flaps on bottom of carton so that they meet.
Manufacturer's certification must be visible on the
outside of the carton. (See Figure 1)

2. Seal bottom of carton down the center seam with one
strip of 2" wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model
# S-14564). The tape must extend 3" over each end of
the carton. (See Figure 2)
3. Seal each side seam on bottom of carton with one strip
of 2" wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model
# S-14564) utilizing full H-pattern to completely seal all
openings. The tape must extend to the edges of the
carton. (See Figure 2)

4. Line carton with included 3 mil poly bag.
5. Open partition set to form 12 partition cells.

6. Place partition set upright into carton.
7. Place one aerosol can into each partition cell. If using
smaller cans, all void space must be filled with cushioning
material. (See Figure 4)

8. Fold top of poly bag, minor side (A) first and major side (B)
over minor. (See Figure 5) Seal poly bag with one strip of 2"
wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model # S-14564).
The tape must be a minimum of 8" long.
9. Fold flaps on top of carton so that they meet. "THIS SIDE
UP" must be visible on the outside of the carton.

10. Seal top of carton down the center seam with one strip
of 2" wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model #
S-14564). The tape must extend 3" over each end of the
carton. (See Figure 6)
11. Seal each side seam on top of carton with one strip of 2"
wide (2.6 mil) polypropylene tape (Uline Model # S-14564)
utilizing full H-pattern to completely seal all openings. The
tape must extend to the edges of the carton. (See Figure 6)
