First Communion
A word of thanks to all the boys and girls who
made their First Holy Communion from Saint
Mary’s Parish Primary School and from Gaelscoil
an Bhradain Feasa here in St Mary’s over the past
two weekends. Thanks to their parents, teachers,
and their school communities who helped in so
many ways. A word of thanks to the school
choirs for their music and singing which enhanced the liturgies.
We are deeply indebted to Francis Fleming for her expertise in
arranging the beautiful floral arrangements.
Thanks to the Parents committee who were involved in the Do this
in Memory of me programme. Today we welcome all the boys and
girls from Ms Lambe and Ms McCann’s classes with their parents
and families who are making their First Holy Communion at the
12 noon Mass.
Holy Hour: A Holy Hour of prayer, music & benediction will take
place on Thursday night here in St Mary’s church at 8.00pm for a
little girl who received her First Holy Communion last Sunday.
Amhy has been receiving treatment for Leukaemia and
