Party organisers (of parties with 10 or more guests)
will receive a complimentary stay on the evening of
their party and other party guests pay only £60.00

Please contact the Christmas Co-ordinator on 01524 781256 to check availability
and make your booking. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of £10 per
guest within 14 days of booking. If no deposit is paid we may release your booking.
Cheques to be made payable to Barry Robinson Leisure Ltd, by debit or credit card
or by BACS.
All orders and final payment must be received one month prior to the date of your
Christmas party. No refunds can be given to balance payments two weeks prior
to your event booking. Confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt
of the deposit payment. The Longlands reserves the right to change the function
room without prior notice. Whilst every effort will be made for special seating
arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.
The Longlands, whilst taking every care to honour commitments, regret they will
not accept liability for any errors, omissions or cancellations however caused and
limit any claim to refund of monies paid only. The management reserve the right
to alter any part of the programme without any prior notice.

brochure and in all correspondence are includes of VAT at 20% which may be subject

The shops are closing, the gifts are wrapped and
the stockings are hung on the chimney with care.
It’s time to sit back and relax, so pop in to The
Longlands where our fires are warm and enjoy a
magical evening with traditional Christmas Carols,
a hearty meal and a relaxing drink, the perfect
atmosphere to settle down before the chaos of
Christmas Day.

Boxing Day is the calendar event of the year here
at The Longlands as we host the Vale of Lune
Hunt once again. While the huntsmen and horses
are gathering for this most traditional event, come
and enjoy a warming BBQ breakfast al fresco and
cheer them on as the hunt departs at 11:30am,
then join us indoors for a drink where the hype
of the morning continues. Why not treat the
family to our traditional Boxing Day menu in the
restaurant- served all day from 12pm until 8pm
giving plenty of time for those enjoying a lazy day
after the festivities of Christmas Day.
