WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Naples, Florida, desires to
establish a seawall or bulkhead line within certain portions
of the City Limits in accordance with State Law and,
WHEREAS, The City Council did cause to be published a legal notice in
the Collier County News of September 27th and October 4th,
1959 setting out the area and limits of the proposed seawall
or bulkhead line and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice, a public hearing was duly held by the
City Council on Wednesday, October 14th, 1959, at 10:00 a.m. and,
WHEREAS, there were no objections voiced to the establishment of said
seawall or bulkhead line,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Naples,
Florida that a seawall or bulkhead line is hereby established
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 27, T50S, R25E, run S 0
degrees 48' 04" E a distance of 274.91 ft. to a point; thence run S 77
degrees 56' W to a point of intersection with shoreline of the Gulf of
Mexico, an approximate distance of 1060 ft. to point of beginning;
thence run back N. 77 degrees 56' E along same line, approximately 608.09
ft. to a point on said line 451.91 ft. Westerly of said line having a
bearing of S 0 degrees 48' 04" E; thence left along an arc having a
radius of 250 ft. and a central angle of 55 degrees 48' 10", a distance
of 239.11 ft. to point of tangency; thence run N. 22 degrees 08' 16" E
a distance of 390.60 ft. to a point; thence run N. 9 degrees 20' E a
distance of 668.58 ft. to point of tangency; thence right on an arc having
a radius of 426 ft., and a central angle of 72 degrees 20' 11", a distance
of 537.83 ft. to a point of tangency; thence run N 81 degrees 40' 11" E
