Fresh Paloma
2 oz Siete Leguas Reposado tequila
Juice of ½ lime, hand extracted
2 oz freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Pinch sea salt
In an ice filled Collins glass add pinch of sea salt, lime juice, tequila and Ruby Red
grapefruit juice. Top with cold ginger beer. Stir and enjoy!
Serrano Cooler
2 oz Tito’s vodka
½ oz Campari
½ oz Caravella Limoncello
2 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
Chilled Fever Tree soda water
In an ice-filled mixing glass add above ingredients, shake and strain into an ice filled
Collins glass. Top with chilled soda water; stir to mix. Garnish with slices of lime*.
French 75 - Tony Style
1 ½ oz Burnett’s gin
1 oz fresh squeezed and filtered lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz chilled Mionetto Prosecco
Large wine goblet
In a mixing glass, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin. Shake and strain into an
ice-filled wine glass or goblet. Top with champagne, stir, and garnish with sliced orange,
lemon, strawberry, apple and a mint sprig.
Sarah's Smile
1 1/2 oz Tito’s vodka
1 oz St Germaine Elderflower
1/2 oz Campari
1 oz fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
In a mixing glass add vodka, St Germaine, Campari, simple syrup, fresh lemon & Ruby
Red grapefruit juices: shake with ice until well blended. Strain into an ice filled double
old fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh ruby red grapefruit and a sprig of
spearmint.
