ALL EXHIBITORS TO PAY NORMAL ADMISSION FEE TO SHOWGROUNDS ON SHOW DAYS.
Conditions of Entry - Please Read Carefully
1. All exhibits must be grown by the exhibitor and must have stems attached. Quantity required for each class is shown in brackets.
2. No exhibit will be accepted unless the entry fee has been paid and an entry for m completed.
3. Stewards will be at the Showgrounds on Wednesday 26th April between 4:00p m - 6.30pm to accept entries.
4. Entries w ill be judged on Thursday morning
5. A new class w ill be created for any produce not already listed, provided there are two or more entries or at the Stewards discretion.
6. Prize money must be collected from the Treasurers Office after the Grand Parade on Saturday
7. Exhibits must be collected between 4.30 -5pm Saturday. No responsibility is taken for produce that is not collected.
ENTRY FEE: All classes $1.00 each. Junior classes exempt – no entry fee – exhibitors age must be stated on entry form.
PRIZE MONEY: First $4.00, Second $2.00
