* First date funds can be disbursed (credit to student account) for classes taken in this POT. Funds will not disburse for a Part of Term until at least 10 days after the class start
dates for each term.
** All students awarded on or before the weekly disbursement dates will have eligible funds authorized by financial aid to be then disbursed to their student account based on
the number of current hours they are attending as of the weekly disbursement date. After the first spring disbursement, on Thursday, February 2/16/17, spring disbursements
are scheduled to run weekly on Thursdays through May 18, 2017. Funds will not be authorized until at least 10 days after the class start date. Student award amounts,
specifically Pell Grant, will adjust up and down based on the number of currently attending hours, completed, withdrawn, and or dropped classes on the disbursement dates.
Award amounts will be based on enrollment in each POT (see Parts of Term list in BOLD in the parenthesis).
*** Classes in this POT, dropped or withdrawn before this date and no longer enrolled in any other POT, funds, will be adjusted.
Financial aid will pay for attended, registered hours and classes attended through the course 20% date as well as classes withdrawn with grades of W, F or U. Withdrawals may
cause adjustment to aid amounts. Financial aid will not pay, regardless of the amount a student is charged, for classes audited and classes dropped before the course 20%
date. Course 20% dates can be found on MyMC. Financial Aid also cannot pay for most classes previously passed and being repeated for the third time.
