Secure-Key Enrollment
The Secure-Key Program allows for the uninterrupted care of your pet(s) and home by a representative from Angelfish to
Elephants Pet Sitting, LLC in the event that a client needs services on a moment's notice or the regularly assigned pet sitter is
unable to performed the required duties (i.e. vacation, illness, or emergency, etc).
I request enrollment in the Secure-Key Program and give authorization for this enrollment to Angelfish to Elephants Pet Sitting,
LLC with my signature below. As a participant, I agree to provide Angelfish to Elephants Pet Sitting, LLC with two tested keys to
my home - one to be retained by my assigned pet sitter, the other to be securely maintained in the possession of Angelfish to
Elephants Pet Sitting, LLC until such time as needed. I understand that Angelfish to Elephants Pet Sitting, LLC and it's authorized
representatives will take reasonable and prudent measures to safeguard and protect the identity of my house keys.
