To receive your rebate:
1. Purchase Paint+Primers, Exterior Stain or Resurfacers from a
participating Lowe's store between 5/17/2017 and 5/31/2017. Submit
all required information via online or mail-in to receive a $10, $25 or
$40 rebate check by mail. Requests must be postmarked by
6/30/2017. - Claims postmarked after this date will not be honored.
2. No limit per household, but offer can’t be combined with any other
offer, promotion, rebate, discount, or coupon, including by way
illustration, not limited to any quotes, or volume or special pricing
discounts.
3. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. If you do not receive your rebate
check after 8 weeks visit www.lowes.com/rebates, or you may call 1877- 204 -1223.
4. Please keep a copy of all materials submitted for your records.
5. Mail this completed form along with a photocopy of your cash register
receipt.
