Guest Permit
The Dance Guest Permit must be completed, approved and submitted at the same time you purchase your dance ticket. The Summer
Registration signature document MUST be completed and turned in to Mrs. Roberts in the Attendance & Discipline office prior to
purchasing your ticket(s). No guest may be 20 years of age or older. Any changes in guest information must be reported to and reapproved by an LCHS administrator.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All students and their invited guests are expected to demonstrate behavior consistent with the high ideals of La Canada High School and shall
abide by the provisions of this Code of Conduct while in attendance at any dance/event. All students and their invited guests will respect the
authority of school staff, designated staff, and facility personnel.


All attendees must present a current photo identification for admission
A field sobriety test may be randomly administered to anyone who is suspected to be under the influence
o If it is determined by law enforcement, site security, and/or school officials that any person is under the influence of any
illegal or illicit substance, that person shall be refused admission or removed from the premises and be subject to
disciplinary action and/or arrest

Any La Canada student and/or their guest who is found in violation of any of the LCHS rules which includes but is not limited to,
smoking, vaping, under the influence, etc. in/or on the site will be excluded from the event and that exclusion will extend to the
LCHS student and guest.

Admission will be denied to any person found in possession of any type of weapon or illegal substance.

All La Canada students will be held accountable for their guest’s conduct

If a La Canada student is refused admission for any reason, that exclusion will also extend to her/his guest

Any infraction of the rules will result in disciplinary action and possible exclusion from future activities
