those less confident blade users and especially those working
in areas where a sharps disposal facility is not immediately
available.

3. Scalpel Blade Remover Qlicksmart
Qlicksmart provides a safe, quick and easy single-handed
method of scalpel blade removal, significantly reducing the risk
of injury to scalpel blade users and downstream staff.
The scalpel handle is inserted in to the Qlicksmart unit, blade
first, until a distinct click is heard. The handle can then be
withdrawn and the blade is contained within the Qlicksmart unit
no fingers, no forceps, no resheathing and no injury.

shut off mechanism to eliminate jamming or mechanism failure
due to overfilling.
Qlicksmart is designed for use with blades from handle
