CHALLENGE It was absolutely a new region so lot of research was required The client required sourcers to operate according to their time zone. REFINED PROCEDURE Verve Global Services was selected to implement an end-to-end recruitment solution to fill as many as positions. The solution encompasses: The project began with a team of two recruiters, one researcher and two support staff members. The work started small with three positions in a week for first month, and then three in each day of the following three months. The team then up-scaled to four recruiters, two researchers and two team coordinators. Our Recruiters work according to client’s time zone and have two client calls every day (one in the start of the day when requirements are allocated and second at the end of day to give a brief about the submissions and challenges) Sourcing and pre-screening candidates (including video interviewing and administering ) Facilitating the interview and selection process. SUCCESS Excellent candidate results – After a week’s free trial, the client was utterly satisfied with the qualified resumes our sourcers submitted to them and Verve’s sourcing team was and is still submitting qualified candidates for each requirement before the turnaround time. CHALLENGE: Operating with one two of our major clients for past many years, we had a situation wherein our clients wanted some of our resources to start work early. Client needed us to operate according to their time zone. Earlier the shift started at 5:30 am which was 11.00 am according to client’s time zone but later they wanted us to start at 8.00 am their time which was 2.30 am India time. SOLUTION: Knowing for a fact that we have a long term relationship with both of our clients we had a concern about our employee’s safety as they will need to report to work at midnight. Keeping our employees safety and addressing to our clients demand we came up with a solution of making few of our resources login at 11:30 PM rather than 2.30 AM.
