Lawnmower Seminar
A huge thank you to Richard Bye for taking
on the lawnmower seminar on May 17.
Those who came learned basic care and
maintenance of their machine like,
changing the oil, cleaning air filters and
sharpening blades. If you have an idea for
a seminar, please let us know in the office.
Flower Power in Vintage Acres
It’s that time of year again. Vintage Acres will be hosting the
annual flower contest. Now is the time to plan your designs and
prepare for the growing season. The contest will be judged
on the basis of originality and best use of flowers and
color. Thank you for making Vintage Acres a beautiful
place to live! Good luck and happy planting to all.

the Vintage Repair Guy!
Q: I just got a “Grass Cutting Notice.”
What does that mean?
Available for Yard Help
A: I will go through the community every
Friday during the summer. If I leave a notice
with you, it means that your lawn is
approaching the maximum length and needs
to be cut. If you don’t cut it, we will be
forced to and charge your account $30 for
the work.
