OK, love him or hate him,
Deion's back. Well sort of. Deion,
yes that Deion Sanders, has signed
on with The NFL Today show on
CBS. Mr. Sanders will be doing
some feature reporting/contributing
according the NFL Today website.
Deion was quoted, "I was born to
do this!" Deion made his first appearance on September 30.
Deion is a former two-sport
superstar who played in both the
NFL and MLB. Deion played for the
Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco
49ers, and Washington Redskins
as pro football player. On the baseball side he played for the New York
Yankees, Atlanta Braves, Cincinnati
Reds, and the San Francisco Gi-

ants. He is the only man to win a
World Series and a Super Bowl, and
the only man to score a touchdown
and hit a homerun in the same day.
Deion was more known for his
flamboyance than his spectacular
play; that is why he will make a great
analyst some day. His cockiness
will allow him to speak his mind, and
his athletic knowledge will assure
that his mind is right. We all remember the gold flashing, moneyspending, womanizer Prime Time,
but with Deion on the NFL we will
get something else. We will get
Deion. Deion is just starting to flourish with out "Prime Time". For Deion
has a past, a past that could have
killed him, but a past that could kill
"Prime Time."
Deion has had a troubled past

-You do not need to give your name
because of the "Prime Time"
character he came up with
for himself. Prime was taking
all of Deion's time, and it almost cost him his life. Deion
felt bad playing for a loser in
Atlanta. So he won a Super
Bowl in San Fran and Dallas; but he
felt no better. Deion thought money
was the answer, he made it, same
hollowness. Deion wanted more
women, he got them; still empty.
Then one night Sanders drove his
brand-new Mercedes off a cliff, and
walked away unscratched. He knew
God had more for him so asked God
for help. The only thing that could
fill Deion was God, only God could
exorcise the "Prime Time" demon.
Now Deion is just Deion. He
can play with his kids and go fishing. He can become the greatest
football analyst ever, if he wants to.
Just like he was the best coverman
in the NFL ever, the best triples hitter ever, all because he wanted to.
Deion does what Deion wants now,
not Deion does what "Prime Time"
wants.
As for playing again, Deion
says no. He never wants to play
again. He wants to chill with his new
qmoreso*
wife and baby, plus spend time
with his two other kids, Deion, Jr.
and Deiondra. Deion also wants
to go fishing everyday, just like he
did as a kid.
I know the mere mention of
Deion Sanders makes most of
you sick, but you have to look
past "Prime Time", he was a nobody. Look at the real Deion and
ask yourself if he is not the most
genuine and true person you
have heard of. I know a lot of
people think the religion is fake
for Deion, but how can it be fake
if he preaches it everyday to
thousands of people? Now ask
yourself if you hated "Prime Time"
or Deion Sanders?
Remember to keep sending
in those suggestion and cornments. We love to hear from you
all, and remember
