Notes to survive Fort Lauderdale in December: • Be very careful driving, it is a bit like the wild west here; • Bring layers, it will be warm (mid 70’s) typically during day and cooler at night (50’s)… • This is during the busy tourist season so it may be crowded at some of the restaurants, etc. • Beach area is on highway A1A if you are looking on map. • Very close to the hotel and meeting place is a very large outdoor mall Sawgrass Mills http://www.simon.com/Mall/?id=1262 .
