Theft, vandalism, trespassing and any illegal or disruptive activity.
 Tiki Action Park is monitored 24/7 with a state of the art surveillance camera system, multiple security
systems and a security guard. Tiki Action Park's policy is to prosecute the fullest extent of the law
anyone caught stealing, defacing, vandalizing property, assets or merchandise of the company.
 Anyone caught trespassing on any park grounds during closed times will also be prosecuted. The Park
will request law enforcement assistance to remove any individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive,
interfering with other patrons, using profane language, using drugs, fighting or involved in any other
illegal, harrassing or dangerous activity on the company's grounds.
Go-Kart restrictions and requirements for the State of New York
 Minimum height to drive a single go-kart at Tiki Action Park is 57 inches - No Exceptions.
 Thrill seekers who are at least 40 inches tall can also experience the fun as a passenger in a double kart
as long as the driver is at least 16 years old.
 Parents of birthday party guests must sign a consent waiver to allow their child to ride the go-karts.

 Guardians of groups (day camps, scouts, etc) can sign the waiver at the time of event.
Dress Code
 In order to provide a safe, enjoyable and non-offensive environment for the families of Long Island, we
have implemented and will enforce a dress code. We ask for your cooperation and thank you in advance
for your understanding. Offenders who do not comply will be denied entry.
 No clothing with offensive language, graphics or profanity.
 Shirt, pants and shoes must be worn at all times.
 No exposed underwear or excessively revealing clothing.
 No excessively baggy clothing.

for family entertainment.
Rain Check Policy
 No cash refunds will be given. In the event of rain within 15 minutes of the start of miniature golf, a rain
check voucher will be granted which will allow for a complete round on a future date. Tiki Action Park
reserves the right to deny a full rain voucher if it is determined that the players' round was near finish
when rain began, although a partial discount will be considered toward a future round.
 In the event that rain causes the go-kart track to become too slick and we decide to shut it down for
safety, go-kart tokens that were purchased can be used at a future date.
 For the safety and well-being of our patrons, the outside park will close in the event of lightning.
Restrictions
 Tiki Action Park is a smoke free environment. For your health and the health of our children smoking is
prohibited inside the facility and anywhere in the park.
 No alcohol is allowed in the establishment.
 No outside beverages or food (except for birthday cakes) is allowed.
 No profane or offensive language.
 No coolers allowed.
Party Policies
 A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve the party room for an event. At the time of
reservation, a rain date is selected. Other than weather, Tiki Action Park understands that circumstances
out of your control may arise and the event may need to be cancelled or postponed. We are not in
business to make money off non-refundable deposits so we will do our best to accommodate your event
at a later date. If it rains during your party and your outdoor attractions are cancelled, alternative indoor
activities, such as extended arcade, can be arranged to continue the party. Full rain checks will also be
issued to all children.
 The party room is reserved for your group for 2 1/2 hours. Guests are encouraged to continue to enjoy
the park's attractions after the scheduled party but must exit the seating area. The outdoor picnic area
has no time limits.
 Outside food and drinks are not allowed in our facility with the exception of birthday cakes or cupcakes.
 Your Island Guide will be available to serve and assist you in the food service area.
 The party balance including any additional purchases will be settled at the close of the party. We accept
cash and all credit cards. We have an ATM on site.
 Gratuities for your Island Guide are not included in the package pricing. If you are satisfied with the
service of your guide, please consider a 15-20% cash tip. If you are not satisfied, please inform the
manager.
 You can bring in additional decorations but we do not allow confetti, silly string or pinatas.
 Adults can play miniature golf with the children at no additional charge.
 Party leis cannot be worn while racing in the go-karts. The attendant will hold them until after the race.
