Crude Oil Profile Background Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. is a publicly traded partnership formed to own, operate and acquire a diversified portfolio of energy assets. We currently have over 1,600 employees working in 24 states. Our assets include over 80 petroleum products terminals, a 9,500-mile refined products pipeline system, 1,600-miles of crude oil pipelines and an 1,100-mile ammonia pipeline system. We are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MMP and currently have over 150,000 investors. Although Magellan Midstream Partners has traditionally focused on the transportation, storage and distribution of refined petroleum products, Magellan has developed a significant presence in the transportation, storage and distribution of crude oil. Of Magellan’s potential expansion projects, we anticipate more than half are related to crude oil.
