They are rubbed with flavor and then smoked for 4-5 hours. They will be cold at the time of pick up. Turkey Reheat: Put 4 cups of water in the bottom of a roasting pan. Open the included spice pack and pour in with the water. Place a small meat tray inside to lift the turkey off the bottom of the pan. Cover with foil and put in a 350 degree oven. For added flavor, use the flavored meat drippings and pour over your sliced turkey, or add to your gravy. Adds lots of flavor and moisture to the meat! Bake 1 hour 40 min. to 2 hours or until internal temp. is at 165 degrees. Sides Reheat: Heat sides in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes and stir. Cook until hot.
