With our English project this term, we are going to be studying Roll of the
Presses. The project starts from February 5, 2017 and will continue till February
19th, 2017.
The students work will be displayed for you all to see.

To stay up-to-date with our progress, ask your child about what’s happening in
English class often. Talk with your child and help him/her research about the
topic. To reinforce what we’re doing, try this activity with your child.
Your child will be learning about Human interaction with communicative methods/ manuscripts/
cave paintings and printing press. This is an engaging topic and a way to address the power of
written words. Students will focus on questions such as
1. How both the ability to read and the desire to read can lead to good results?
2. Why was printing press so important? Life before the printing press
