at the annual Title 1 Math Night…over 300 people were in attendance. Our students participated
in Red Ribbon Week activities that included messages to Reach for the Stars - Stay drug free, an art
project and Random Acts of Kindness service project.

District News -­‐ Please consider attending the Town Hall meeting on Monday, November 2 at the District Office. Dr. Lindsey Hall will update the community about Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the facilities plans, discuss financing of the phases and provide information about the petition process regarding working cash bonds. There will be a Q&A session to follow. -­‐ If you are looking for a part-­‐time position, visit Morton 709 website under “Employment” to see the current vacancies. The district is also seeking substitute aides and teachers. -­‐ Just a reminder that all classroom snacks and treats must be store-­‐bought. -­‐ Morton High School will present “It’s a Wonderful Life” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 13 and 14 and 3 p.m. Nov. 15 at Bertha Frank Performing Arts Center.
