No grades will be rounded per Health Science Division policy.
I will also use a quarterly grade update. If your average is 79 or less after
the first 4 weeks of the course, at midterm, or after 3/4th of the course, I will
send you an email making sure you are aware of the low average. This is to
make sure you have the opportunity to improve your grades before it is too
late.
Missed Assignments:
Tests and homework assignments will NOT be re-opened if the deadline is
missed. Emailed submissions will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Deadlines
It is very important that you refer to the assignment schedule on a regular
basis to keep up with due dates. You are responsible for making sure you
have completed all course assignments on time. NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS
WILL BE ACCEPTED! Assignments will close on the date indicated on the
assignment schedule. Traveling, lack of internet access, loss of work because

of computer difficulties or being busy at work will not be accepted as
excuses for missed work.
Tests are open for one week giving students ample time to complete,
therefore no makeup or late tests will be given. Online tests are NOT open
book tests. Contact the instructor immediately, by D2L email, if there is a
problem while taking a test.
