BOYS (GRADE K - 5)
_____ White polo shirt with ‘Our Lady of Angels’ embroidered in royal blue thread
_____ Navy blue walking shorts with belt
_____ Solid white or black crew socks (over the ankle)
_____ Solid black or white sneakers without characters or colored shoe laces
BOYS (GRADES 6-8)
_____White polo shirt with ‘Our Lady of Angels’ embroidered in royal blue thread
_____ Navy blue walking shorts with belt and sneakers (solid black or white without characters
or colored laces) OR grey slacks with belt and black, brown, or tan bucks (non-skid sole)
_____ Solid white or black crew socks (over the ankle)
GIRLS (GRADES K-4)
_____ White polo shirt with ‘Our Lady of Angels’ embroidered in royal blue thread
_____ Navy blue walking shorts or skort (if it has loops, it needs a belt)
_____ Solid white crew socks (over the ankle)
_____ Solid black or white sneakers without characters or colored shoe laces
GIRLS (GRADES 5- 6)
_____ White polo shirt with ‘Our Lady of Angels’ embroidered in royal blue thread
_____ Navy blue walking shorts or skort (if it has loops, it needs a belt) with solid black or white
sneakers without characters or colored shoe laces
OR plaid skirt (no shorter than one inch above the knee) with black, brown, or tan bucks

GYM UNIFORM (ALL GRADES)
_____ Silver grey mesh shorts with OLA logo
_____ Royal blue t-shirt with OLA logo
_____ Solid white or black crew socks (over the ankle)
_____ Solid white or black sneakers without characters or colored shoe laces
HAIR AND ACCESSORIES
_____ BOYS – ears cut out, eyebrows visible, hair cannot touch collar, no highlights
_____ GIRLS – no highlights or hair coloring
_____ Simple/Plain hair bands, scrunciis and headbands only (no bows, feathers, etc.)
MAKEUP AND JEWELRY
_____ Makeup, artificial nails and nail polish are prohibited
_____ Earrings – GIRLS may wear ONE small post earring in each ear lobe only
BOYS – no earrings allowed
_____ Watches – Boys/Girls are allowed to wear simple watches without alarms
_____ NO OTHER JEWELRY IS ALLOWED
