African Animal Poem
Giraffes are tall with necks so long
(arms stretched up high)
Elephants trunks are big and strong
(swing arm like a trunk)
Zebras have stripes and can gallop away
(gallop round room)
While monkeys in the trees are cheeky and sway
(swing through the tree like a monkey)
Crocodiles swim in pools so deep
(lay on floor and swim)
But lions lay in the sun and sleep
(pretend to sleep)
