(2) Based on the Federal minimum exempt salary in effect on December 1, 2016, this salary schedule, hourly non-exempt, will be effective the pay period beginning November 19, 2016. The salary
schedule has been calculated based on the annual salary shown above divided by 2,080 hours (260 days times 8 hours per day). Employees on these grades and steps will be paid hourly as required by
Federal law.
Longevity Pay for Grades 2 - 7:
15 years:
$0.20 per hour
20 years:
$0.31 per hour
25 years:
$0.43 per hour
Classified Supervisor/Administrator Stipend for Doctorate Degree: $13.1252 per day / $1.6407 per hour
The 2016-2017 Job Family II salary schedules reflect an increase of 0.75% above 2015-16 rates.
