1-10 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1-1.4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
2 bananas, sliced
Assorted sundae toppings
Combine chocolate and shortening, and
melt for 30 seconds in a microwave. Stir,
and repeat until smooth. Line a muffin tin
with cupcake papers. With a pastry brush,
coat inside of each cup with chocolate.
Chill tray for 10 minutes, and recoat
any thin spots. Refrigerate until firm.
Whip cream to soft peaks. Mix pudding
and milk, then gently fold into cream.
Spoon mixture into chocolate cups,
and top with bananas and toppings.
