Heart Peaks Property TSXV: CXO PROPERTY SUMMARY Suite #110—2300 Carrington Road West Kelowna, British Columbia Canada, V4T 2N6 www.coloradoresources.com Target: High grade low sulphidation gold-silver mineralization with potential also for bulk tonnage gold mineralization. The 14,396 hectare Heart Peaks property is owned 100% by Colorado Resources Ltd. and is located approximately 45 kilometers northeast of the past producing Golden Bear Mine in northern British Columbia. Access is accessible via helicopter from Atlin or Dease Lake. The exploration work completed to date by the Company demonstrates that the gold and silver mineralization found at Heart Peaks occurs at a very high level within a large 3 kilometer by 6 kilometre deep rooted epithermal system. Gold mineralization within this large system is focused within two lithologically and structurally defined corridors: the east-west trending 2 kilometre long Top Zone to Midas Zone corridor and the north trending 3 km long corridor bounded by the Mogul East and Mogul West fault systems. In 1984 Kerr Addison Mines drilled 8 holes on the property, one of which intersected 115 metres of 0.47 g/t gold at an area called the Top Zone. A further two holes were drilled on peripheral conceptual targets in 1995, but no other drilling has been completed on this very large alteration system. In 2011 Colorado Resources completed programs of airborne geophysics, satellite image analysis and prospecting on the property. This work confirmed the presence of high grade gold and silver mineralization at the Top Zone with sampling returning values up to 31.6 g/t gold and 4,282 g/t silver. The 2011 program also discovered a new area of high grade mineralization on the property named the Midas Zone. Three of only five samples collected from the Midas zone in 2011 returned values of 4.7 g/t, 8.5 g/t and 10.4 g/t gold, with 23 g/t, 60 g/t and 32 g/t silver, respectively. EXPLORATION RESULTS Prospecting by the Company at the Midas Zone in 2012 discovered grab samples with visible gold that returned values up to 126 g/t gold. Precious metal values from 55 rock samples collected over a 100 by 200 metre area at the Midas Zone ranged from 0.035 g/t to 126 g/t gold and 0.6 g/t to 338 g/ t silver. The average value for these samples was 3.6 g/t gold and 22.4 g/t silver. The 2012 soil sampling program identified several areas of significant gold – silver mineralization. The largest gold geochemical anomaly, defined by the 95th percentile (170 ppb) gold value, is 200 to 300 metres wide and extends north from the Top Zone for 1300 metres. The southern 600 metres of this gold anomaly is also coincident with anomalies defined by the 98th percentile silver and 95 th percentile arsenic values (6 ppm and 900 ppm respectively). Detailed mapping has shown that the distribution of gold mineralization at Heart Peaks is controlled both by structure and lithology. Structural control is demonstrated by the association of higher temperature alteration minerals and gold mineralization with two prominent parallel north trending structures – the Mogul Fault East and the Mogul Fault West. The IP survey demonstrated that the Top and Quartz Hill Zones are underlain by a very strong chargeability and resistivity anomalies. The IP anomalies extend to depth for at least 300 m and are coincident with the gold soil anomaly identified at the Top Zone. The high chargeability could be indicating the presence of sulfide mineralization while the highly resistive response is likely reflecting strong silicifcation of the underlying rocks. FUTURE PLANS Exploration to date by Colorado Resources has defined two large drill ready target areas which will be the focus of further exploration at Heart Peaks: The north trending 3 kilometer long Top Zone to Mogul Zone corridor, The 2 kilometer long east trending Top Zone to Midas Zone corridor. Potential exists along these corridors to discover both lithologically controlled bulk tonnage low grade gold mineralization and structurally controlled high grade gold and silver mineralization. A minimum 10 hole, 2000 m program is recommended to test these targets.
