RESERVATION PROCEDURE- To ensure a spot for your infant between the ages 6 weeks – 6 months old please call for a
reservation. Kids Club will only take 2 infants at a time to hold to Ratios. You may make reservations 6 days in advance by directly
calling the Kids Club Desk at 287-9324. During the hours that the Kids Club is not open, feel free to leave a message.
No reservation needed for ages 6 mo. – 6 yrs. old
SECURITY POLICY-To ensure the security of your child in our Club, we will be following these steps:
When a parent drops off their child they will sign them in with Kids Club staff. They will make the staff aware of location, who is
picking up and if the child has allergies.
If a parent drops off their child and wants their spouse/family member to pick them up, you must inform Kids Club staff. A picture ID
(Driver’s license or picture on the Club computer screen) will be needed for verification of the person’s identity before they can take
the child out.
KIDS CLUB CHARGE-Kids Club charges $4.00 per child and includes a 2-½ hour maximum limit per day. If a child’s stay
exceeds the maximum limit, an additional $4.00 will be charged.
PACKAGES-Kids Club offers packages at a discounted rate. You can purchase either a childcare package of 12 for $40 (17%
savings); a childcare package of 25 for $80 (20% savings) and/or a drop off package of 12 for $80 (20% savings).
FOOD-PRESCHOOL/TODDLER/INFANT - We serve lunches and snacks provided by parents upon request of the children unless
the parent writes a specific time. Bottles will be given at any time. Please keep snacks and lunches simple and precut as staff will
not prepare foods.
ALLERGIES-We are committed to providing a safe environment for all children. Kids Club is peanut aware. Please do not bring a
snack that contains peanuts or nut products (i.e. peanut butter, some granola bars, etc., please read labels carefully). We cannot
guarantee we will be 100% nut free as we still sell these products in the Club Café & Deli and in the Neighborhood. If your child has
any other allergies that we need to prepare for, please contact Jodi Hass (Kids Club Director) at (507) 287-9302 or [email protected]
prior to coming to Kids Club.
CHOKING - Items such as popcorn, chewing gum, trail mix and peanuts/nut, etc. are not allowed in Kids Club due to choking.
SHOES/SOCKS MUST BE WORN DUE TO SAFETY AND SANITARY REASONS
TOYS-Please refrain from bringing toys from home. This causes a sharing issue.
DIAPERS/POTTY TRAINING – If your child is wearing a diaper, please bring a diaper, as Rochester Athletic Club does not supply
them. If your child is potty training, please bring a change of clothes and inform Kids Club.
BITING/HITTING/ETC...- On the occasion that a child bites or hits, the child is put on a one month probation period. If a second
incident happens within one month, the child will be asked not to come back to the Kids Club for two weeks.
