Welcome Home!
As our season is officially
over, the wonderful days of
summer are here! In just over
three years, we have sold
90% of the community and
there are 555 families living in
Riverstone! We have placed
the model homes for sale and
anticipate delivery dates to
be June/July 2016. The Logan
Boulevard extension will
be completed to the Stone
Creek entry in early July. We
are currently working to sell
our remaining home sites at Riverstone and look forward to
opening Stone Creek in August 2015.
As you may have heard, we are implementing the 24-hour
access control beginning July 1, 2015. Please take some
time to make sure your information is up to date with the
HOA, so this process is smooth for all members of your
household.
Construction continues at a steady pace and before you
know it, Riverstone will be a completed neighborhood.
The transformation is amazing and it is very exciting! It
is wonderful to see so many homeowners truly enjoying
our little piece of paradise – Riverstone is a beautiful
neighborhood!
Sincerely,
Tambra Wolfe
Project Manager and HOA President

Event Sign-ups
Please remember that every event has a “Sign-upby” date. This date is the deadline, at which point,
the activities director gathers all final supplies needed
to make the event successful. It is possible, however,
that an event may reach maximum capacity before
the deadline. If this is the situation when you attempt
to sign up for an event, please ask to be placed on
a waiting list, and you will be notified of an opening,
should one become available.
Riverstone Activities is currently planning the schedule
for the fall, as well as for the rest of the 2015-2016
Season. If you have any suggestions for an activity or
event you would like to see on the agenda, please
submit your ideas to Laura by calling 239-331-7535 or
email to [email protected]
from Your Director of Fun
Welcome Summer! I LOVE Summer!
As we roll into what is known as “Off-Season” in Southwest Florida, you will notice that some
things start slowing down: Less traffic on the roads, more parking spaces at the beach and the
many fabulous restaurants are less crowded and BOY are they running deals!!
This is also the time of year when Laura and I are laying the foundation for the coming season’s
full schedule of activities, classes and events. We have a lot planned for our Riverstone Residents.
Please see the “Save the date” section in this newsletter and plan accordingly. Do not forget
the importance of advance registration for all our events, as you do not want to left out. Sign
up immediately by making payment on-line at Sign up Genius or with your check payable to
Riverstone HOA, unless stated differently.
If you are interested in starting a club or assist with an activity, please contact me. I am here to assist you in the setting it
up, scheduling times and publicizing your event.
Also see me if you are interested in reserving/renting an area of the Clubhouse for your private event. I can assist with set
up and help make your special event stress free and enjoyable.
For the rest of the summer, sit back, enjoy and PLEASE join in on some of our super fun planned activities. We are offering
this summer: Camps for the Riverstone Children, Cooking Classes, Books Clubs, Dining out Options, Pickleball, Tennis
Mixers, Lectures, Monthly Parties and many more!

How We Can Create A
Strong Community
A hive of bees is a perfect example of a community working together in
harmony and for thecommon good of all its members. After all, a bee living
alone can barely survive, let alone prosper. But in a hive made up of hundreds of other bees, each
taking responsibility for the various jobs necessary for the survival of the community, the lone bee not
only survives, it contributes mightily to the success of the hive.
The secret of the bee's success in living together in a close-knit community is that each bee not
only understands the interrelationships that exist between it and the rest of the members of its
community, but is willing to accept some of the responsibility for the hive's prosperity by expanding
their role in the community whenever necessary.
As homeowners, we too can choose to recognize the interrelationships that exist between ourselves
and our neighbors and how those interrelationships have a direct impact on our quality of life. We
can also choose to take some of the responsibility upon ourselves to contribute to improving those
relationships and in the process improve our community.
In order for our community association to continue to protect, preserve and enhance our
community assets and our property values, each member of our community has to acknowledge
their role in our community and, at times, be willing to expand their role to take on some added
responsibility.
For example: We all must obey our governing documents, we agreed to do that when we
closed escrow. By obeying community rules and regulations, we contribute to our community and
accept the role of a rule abiding member. So, let's all work at recognizing what roles we can choose
to accept in our community and, like the bee, work together at making our community the best place
to live that it can be!
