As we head into October and eagerly await the trees changing

Pirate Party – September 1st
World Series of Bingo – September 15th
Ahoy Matey! On this month’s Funtastic Friday, the residents enjoyed a pirate themed party complete with

photo ops, snacks, and even fish and chips! They even wore their pirate hats and eye patches to dinner after

A Night in Virtual Reality
– September 14th
As part of the “Keep Connected” theme for National
Assisted Living Week, our residents thoroughly enjoyed
a one of a kind virtual reality experience into the deep
blue ocean. They experienced firsthand what it’s like
to be on the bottom of the ocean with all the gorgeous
scenery around them.

On this day, in celebration of the great Tennessee/Georgia rivalry, we will have a TN/GA themed tailgate
lunch followed by kickoff being televised on all available common area TVs for everyone to enjoy with

Fall Festival
The entire surrounding community is invited to our annual Fall Festival this year! We will have booths set
up with games, tons of prizes, fresh cotton candy, a bounce house and even a dunking booth where everyone will have the opportunity to dunk management for a donation to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

This month’s family night will include a huge Halloween Party including both buildings, for trick or treat-

We will be taking a field trip to the apple orchard in Ellijay on this day. We will tour the apple orchard,
have lunch and enjoy fried apple pies on our day long outing.
